My stay at the hotel was incredibly disappointing, and honestly, I would advise anyone to think twice before booking here. The rooms were poorly maintained and noticeably dirty, while the staff seemed overwhelmed and unhelpful. Although the pools were somewhat decent, everything else fell short, including the dining experience and the overall service. If you're looking for a memorable vacation, this is definitely not the place for it.
